23 August 2008 KUWAIT: Ministry of Health Ministry of Health Assistant Undersecretary Dr. Khalid Al-Sahlawi revealed that the ministry has asked the municipality to allocate five emergency medical relief centers near the expressways, saying that Health Minister Al-Barrak has contacted Municipal Affairs Minister Dr. Fadhal Safar over the issue.
